PADI Enriched Air Nitrox Diver

-Theory only or including 2 Nitrox dives-

This is the most popular PADI Specialty course which certifies to use enriched air. Containing less nitrogen and more oxygen- enriched air allows you to dive for longer and reduces surface interval time- no wonder so many divers want to do the course!

In this 1-2 day course you’ll learn how Nitrox tanks are filled, how to use Nitrox analyser and set your computer correctly.

Discover the advantages of breathing a higher percentage of oxygen than standard air. Take this course along side the PADI Open Water Diver course or PADI Advanced Open Water course so you can dive using Nitrox for the rest of your diving adventure.

PADI Deep Diver

Access a wider variety of dive sites and dive to 40m under the guidance of your PADI instructor. Practice planning deeper dives and carrying a spare air supply. Expand your knowledge of deep water environments, how to recognise and manage nitrogen narcosis, and better manage your air supply.

Complete the PADI Deep Diver specialty with theory and 4 dives in 2-3 days with the option of conducting the 40m dives at Apo Island or Selinog (surcharge applies).

PADI AWARE Coral Reef Conservation

We all love diving and snorkelling on coral reefs, but do you know what’s really going on down there? Learn more about one of the most important and bio-diverse ecosystems on the planet from our in-house marine biologist.

In this half day course you’ll learn about coral reef biology, ecology, threats and conservation measures for a well rounded understanding of coral reefs and their inhabitants.

PADI Full Face Mask Diver

Have you ever wanted to chat to your dive buddy during a dive? Now you can!

Full face masks enable you to breathe through your nose and mouth while diving, and make it possible to speak to your dive buddy. We have 2 Ocean Reef full face masks for you to try out for an unforgettable diving experience.

This 1 day course with theory, pool dive and 2 ocean dives will teach you how to properly prepare and check your full face mask. Learn how to make adjustments underwater and what to do in a simulated ‘out of air’ emergency.

Get a taste of what it’s like to be a commercial diver, underwater TV presenter or police diver! Conduct your course with our marine biologist and get a private tour of our house reef in an underwater marine species ID class!

What’s that fish? Learn how to identify fish families and start with the basics with our in-house Marine Biologist PADI MSDT. Learn about fish groups, body shapes, behaviours, habitats and how to use an ID book.

During the 2 dives we’ll conduct fish surveys then report them to reef.org to contribute to fish population data- real citizen science!

Enjoy 2 dives at Tulapos Marine Sanctuary where the resident Black Tip Reef Sharks hang out. See and appreciate these miracles of evolution and how they effortlessly move through the water.

PADI Underwater Navigator

How’s your underwater orientation and sense of direction? Ever wondered how the dive guide are always able to find the dive boat at the end of the dive? Become the diver that everyone wants to follow and fine tune your underwater navigation skills.

Learn how to thoroughly observe your surroundings and use natural landmarks for navigation. Practice proper use of a compass and measure distance underwater. Great skills if you dive with buddies at your local dive sites without a guide. These are also essential skills for PADI Rescue Diver and PADI Divemaster.

Complete this course in 2-3 days and master underwater navigation skills during a theory session and  3 open water dives.

PADI Search & Recovery Diver

Ever heard of someone losing a valuable item overboard or during a dive? You could be the hero to go find it for them! Learn how to find lost objects big and small underwater using your diving skills.

Perfect your underwater navigation and learn how to plan and execute underwater search patterns. Discover the uses of underwater lift bags and how to safely use them to move and lift objects through the water and to the surface. Then put all these skills into practice with fun search and recovery operations.

This course takes 2-3 days to complete with theory sessions and 4 dives.

PADI Boat Diver

If you’re planning a boat diving vacation, want to learn more about boats or just want to boost your back roll confidence, this is the course for you.

The PADI Boat Diver course is conducted from our 30ft speedboat ‘Bahura Dive’ or our 90ft banca boat ‘Maui Blue’ or a mixture of the two. Your instructor will provide you with everything you need to know to become a confident boat diver. Practice boat diver etiquette, managing sea sickness, deploying an SMB and signaling the dive boat, proper entry/exit techniques, and more.

Complete the course in 1-2 days with a theory session and 2 dives from the Bahura Dive boats.
