Booking Terms & Conditions
Please feel free to contact us with any questions or queries you may have about your booking. We understand that things happen and sometimes bookings need to be changed or cancelled. The policies ensure fairness between both parties and to ensure all customers have the chance to enjoy their experiences.
Booking & Deposits
A payment of at least 25% is required as a deposit to confirm your booking. A payment of 50% of the booking is required 7 days prior to arrival. Your booking is only considered confirmed upon payment of the required deposit with confirmation from Bahura Dive staff.
Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellations must be in writing via email, messenger, WhatsApp or the like and are considered valid upon acknowledgement by our staff. Verbal cancellations or messages without a confirmed response from staff are not considered valid.
Please keep in mind that our staff are monitoring the phone, social media and emails between 07:00 and 20:00 (GMT+8).
All refunds will be given minus any bank charges or expenses incurred.
Bahura Dive Siquijor Inc. may have to cancel or reschedule dive/snorkel trips due unsafe weather conditions. If the trip is cancelled or if the customer cannot reschedule due to their itinerary, they can transfer their payment to any other activity with Bahura Dive Siquijor or receive a full refund.
If the customer is experiencing poor health and cannot dive/snorkel on the day they booked, we will reschedule to another day. If the booking has to be cancelled and cannot be rescheduled due to the customers itinerary, the following cancellation policies will still apply.
Fun Diving
- Cancellations 12 or more hours before dive/snorkel – full refund
- Cancellation 4-12 hours before dive/snorkel – 50% refund of full rate
- Cancellation less than 4 hours before dive/snorkel or no show – full charge of full rate
Diver Training
- PADI e-learning materials are non-refundable
- Hard copy PADI course materials that show signs of use are non-refundable
- Cancellation 7 days or more before start date – full refund
- Cancellation 1-3 days before start date – 50% refund of full rate
- Cancellation 24hrs or less before start date – no refund
- After the course has started if the student is feeling unwell and has been deemed medically unfit to complete the course do so (with written doctor’s note) a refund is given for incomplete sections of the course
- Other reasons for discontinuing a course will be considered case by case but a refund is not guaranteed
- Professional diver course deposits and course materials are non-refundable
Day Trips
- Cancellation 7 day or more in advance – full refund
- Cancellation 3 days or more – 50% refund of full rate
- Cancellation 2 days or less – no refund
Other Charges
- Any lost or damaged equipment or property owned by Bahura Dive Siquijor will incur a charge to repair or replace that item
- Camera rental is under the agreement that any damage or loss of Bahura Dive rental cameras will incur charges equal to the level of damage or loss
- Passengers on boat trips or day trips who decide to snorkel or dive will be charged the full rate of that activity
- Lateness of 2+hrs or no shows for transfers and transport arranged for guests will incur charges
- Cancellation of transport 1 day or more in advance – full refund
- Cancellation of transport same day – no refund
Items Bought in the Dive Shop
All items bought in the dive shop are non-refundable unless proven to be defective.
Accommodation
All aspects of accommodation at Lazi Beach Club Resort is the responsibility of Lazi Beach Club Resorts Inc.. Bahura Dive Siquijor Inc. will not be held liable for any aspect of guests accommodation experiences in any establishment.
Food
Bahura Dive Siquijor outsources all food and drink items and will not be held responsible for any quality issues with such food or drink. We choose certified establishments with good food safety standards.
